Will Conroy

Conroy & Conroy Contractors was co-founded by William Conroy and his brother John. Will Conroy has learned to find practical solutions to the problem at hand. As a young man, extensive travel to different parts of the country, and exposure to an array of construction projects and jobs, gave him new insight and experience that he brought back to the North Country. Project sizes grew, so did the company. As projects were completed, more and more expertise was gained. In 1984, the Company was incorporated, becoming Conroy & Conroy Contractors, Inc. Agricultural buildings were replaced with more complex projects, and steel took the place of wood. Will Conroy has been the sole stock owner of Conroy & Conroy since 1996, and over the years, has been recognized as one of the most knowledgeable builders of pre-engineered buildings in the area. William Conroy's construction knowledge was developed through hands-on experience, and the management of increasingly larger projects. Although the main emphasis for the company was industrial buildings, they have ventured into other types of construction, and completed many diverse projects, including restaurants, commercial and retail projects, municipal work and multi family housing. Conroy & Conroy provides the dedicated leadership that a general contracting company needs to maintain the reputation it has earned. William Conroy's oversight of the entire company, his input on specific issues relating to individual projects, and his excellent problem-solving ability, makes Conroy & Conroy the company it is today.
